Worship and Creative Arts Teams
Harvester has two leadership teams which meet regularly to develop ideas for worship and provide support for the worship ministry.  The Creative Arts Team is comprised of the pastor and leaders in the areas of music, drama and audio visual.  The team brainstorms and implements creative elements to support the pastor's message each week.  The Worship Team is comprised of the altar guild, musician, thespian and tech team representatives, who support worship on a weekly basis, plan seasonal aspects of worship and provide worship feedback to the pastor and director of worship and creative arts.

Praise Teams
Harvester’s praise teams provide leadership for contemporary worship and outreach events throughout the year. The Saturday Praise Team rehearses at 3:30 on Saturday afternoon for Saturday’s 5:30 p.m. Cafe Worship. The Sunday Praise Team rehearses at 7:30 on Thursday evening for Sunday's 10:30 a.m. Contemporary Worship.

Harvester Choirs
The Sanctuary Choir rehearses at 6:30 on Thursday evening and leads Sunday’s 9:00 a.m. Traditional Worship. The Cantata Choir shares special seasonal musicals and rehearses at 8:00 on Wednesday evening during the school year. 

Chamber Groups
The Chamber Ensemble rehearses at 6:00 on Thursday evening and accompanies Sunday’s 9:00 a.m. Traditional Worship. The Chamber Orchestra rehearses at 5:00 on Thursday evening and shares special music monthly in Traditional Worship.

 

Tech Team
This team provides audio visual support for worship services and special events throughout the year. The team is essential for creative worship and responsibilities are expanding.

Harvester’s Drama Team, led by Jill Maeda, offers worship dramas and special presentations throughout the year and rehearses at 7:00 on Thursday evening. Please contact Jill if you wish to join the team. bmaeda@tampabay.rr.com

Youth Worship Team
A creative team of youth musicians, led by Aaron Miller (band) and Jessica Olarte-Velez (vocals) and thespians, led by Jill Maeda, join together to create unique worship experiences to serve the church and reach out to the community. The Drama Team rehearses at 4:30 and the Praise Team at 5:00 on Sunday afternoon. Contact Aaron kindofblue@gmail.com, Jessica jessolarte-velez@hotmail.com or Jill bmaeda@tampabay.rr.com for further information.

 

Children’s Choirs
The Cherub Choir (3-4 year olds), led by Shannon Miller,and G’z Kidz (K-5^th grade), led by Deborah Aparicio, meet on Wednesday evening from 6:45-7:45 during the school year for music, movement and drama.  The children share music in worship and do special event musicals throughout the year. Contact Shannon shannon@harvesterumc.org or Deborah deborah_aparicio@yahoo.com for further information.
