Congregational Care

The purpose of this ministry team is to provide practical and compassionate help for special events and families in need at the church. The team consists of anyone in the congregation who can help.

 

When a need arises, coordinators communicate via phone and email to mobilize volunteers for a particular event or occasion. There are no regular meetings, however occasional planning meetings are held.  Some of the types of support offered by our congregational care team are:

 

·         Food for families experiencing loss, illness, or new births

·         Handiwork for shut-ins or those hospitalized
